Lough Derg
The inland lifeboat station at Lough Derg opened in 2004 following much local interest in establishing a lifeboat service for Lough Derg.
The station opened on May 25th 2004 using an Atlantic 21 ILB operating from moorings at the Lough Derg Yacht Club where temporary crew facilities were located.
