Ballycotton
The first lifeboat station at Ballycotton was opened in 1858. The original lifeboat house was located in the centre of Ballycotton and the lifeboat was launched down a steep cliff. Today the lifeboat station is located at the harbour and the station operate a modern Trent Class Lifeboat.
