Donaghadee RNLI volunteers launched following reports of a man struggling in the water in Donaghadee Harbour. A member of the public raised the alarm after spotting a dinghy adrift and a casualty holding onto a boat, prompting a rapid response from the lifeboat crew and HM Coastguard.
