During Storm Bram, the Toe Head/Glandore Coast Guard Unit was called into action by Valentia MRSC to to to the aid of a liveaboard boat had broken free from its mooring in Castlehaven Harbour.

Crosshaven RNLI volunteers were paged to respond after a dog had fallen from cliffs east of Roberts Cove. The owner was on a kayak in the area looking for their dog.

Newcastle RNLI was involved in a multi-agency rescue to come to the aid of a young calf that got stuck on rocks close to the Bloody Bridge, three miles south of Newcastle.

Donaghadee RNLI's volunteers were paged twice over the weekend to assist the crew of two yachts in difficulty.
