Baltimore RNLI tasked to provide assistance to a yacht with one person onboard that got into difficulty off Crookhaven, West Cork

Belfast coastguard requested that Newcastle RNLI launch their Inshore Lifeboat to assist in a multi-agency search for a missing person who may have entered the water along Newcastle promenade.

The volunteer crew at Galway RNLI were requested to launch by the Irish Coast Guard this afternoon to assist five people on board a 7 metre rigid inflatable boat which had broken down off the North Clare coast.
